Refund policy

All hair sales are final for hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair. If your order arrives with an incorrect item, contact janaeshairvault@yahoo.com and/or 213-650-6196 within 24 HOURS with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue. Hair that has been opened, worn, washed, colored, cut, altered, or had their ties removed are not eligible for replacement.
