Is your hair 100% virgin human hair?
Yes! All Janae's Hair Vault bundles are 100% virgin Vietnamese human hair. Our hair is free from harsh chemical coatings and can be curled, straightened, colored and reused with proper care.
How many bundles do I need?
We recommend 2 (1/2) bundles for a natural look and 3 or more for a fuller look
Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
Absolutely! Since our bundles are 100% virgin human hair they can safely be bleached up to a color 27 , dyed, and toned. For all CURLY TEXTURES it is to only be used up to a 20 volume developer.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Items shipped in the U.S will approximately take 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been worn, altered or installed. If you receive an incorrect order please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Does the hair tangle or shed?
Minimal shedding is normal with any human hair. Our bundles are carefully sourced and inspected to provide a soft, full, and long lasting experience. With proper care and maintenance, your hair will remain beautiful and reusable for multiple installs.
